Overview Timeline

• Week 1 & 2: Project Initiation and design - This week we'll be getting to know each other and our projects. We'll work together to design a programme that works for us all
• Week 3 - 8: Programme Delivery - We'll be working towards defining a digital product ready for prototype
• Week 9 -10: Programme wrap up - We'll be creating final roadmaps and blueprints, review how the course went and celebrate where we've got to.

Weekly Activities and Days for your diaries

• Full cohort stand up - Monday 10:30am - 12:00pm. At least one from each charity to attend.
• Optional Workshops and Masterclasses - Tuesday 10:00am - 12:00pm
• Full Cohort retrospective and show and tell - Thursday 25th March and Thursday 22nd April (2:30pm - 4:00pm). At least one from each charity to attend
• Charity Worksessions - You will book in a one hour session with your mentor once a week to work on your digital product
• External workshops - external opportunities come up from other cohorts that we will share with you.
